What you need to know about the sea level rise threat

– The Portland area has been battered by heavy rain and floods, but residents are also experiencing some of the worst coastal erosion of any city in the US.

The latest reports say that the city of Portland, Oregon has experienced an increase in sea level change since 1979, which is more than twice as fast as the national average.

In the past decade, the region has seen the worst flooding in the nation, according to a new report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

“I have seen it in the street, the streets of Portland,” said Paul P. Beale, director of the Portland-area Coastal Reclamation Center.

The latest report found that Portland’s average annual coastal flood is 5.6 feet higher than the national sea level average.

It’s also the second-highest increase since 1979.

The city is also experiencing more flooding, with an average annual rate of more than 4 feet of flooding in recent years.

Portland is also seeing the biggest increase in extreme precipitation.

The average annual amount of rainfall in Portland since 1979 is 7.5 inches, up from 6.3 inches in the decade before the report.

The report also shows that the region is seeing the most rapid erosion of the Great Lakes in the last decade.

This year, the report says, the water table has sunk an average of 3.5 feet, which means the area has already lost about 20 percent of its bedrock, or about 3.8 million square feet.

It also says the average annual elevation of the city’s sea level is now more than three feet above the historic average.

According to the report, the rapid loss of bedrock has resulted in more than a mile of coastline eroded and is adding more than 200 square miles of sea level to the area.

The region is also having a lot of flooding, but the pace of that has been increasing.

This week, the National Weather Service issued a flood watch for parts of the Northeast.

For the past three years, the Portland area was in a category four hurricane, which typically means the storm is capable of generating winds up to 155 mph.

The hurricane watch is the latest measure to try to slow the effects of the storm.

The Portland-Washington state coastline is already experiencing some damage from the storm, and the report also says that erosion of about a foot has been occurring in the city since last year.

The study found that the storm has brought an increase of the rate of coastal flooding in this area by about 100 percent.

The study says that it’s important for people to remember that the sea will rise at a slower rate in the future than it has in the past, and that cities are being forced to do what they can to adapt to this change.

But some residents are taking this as a chance to try and fight back against the tide of the rising sea.

They say they’re also starting to see more people trying to do the right thing by their properties and their neighbors, rather than the government.
